Converts HEIC/HEIF images to JPEG in the browser so they can be shared with AI models that don't accept HEIC/HEIF directly.
These components are used unmodified. Their source code is available at the links above. Mammouth loads them as a separately-replaceable module rather than bundling them into its own code.
